Before joining a CrossFit class you must complete the Elements program. If you are not able to attend any of those times, please let us know and we can make other arrangements. Elements is a course covering the techniques of the fundamental movements of CrossFit. The movements, which include Olympic lifting, gymnastics, and other functional exercises, are essential to CrossFit training. Having a firm grasp of the basic movements provides a great foundation from which to build. Upon completion of the Elements course, the student now permitted to participate in general sessions. If you are an experienced CrossFitter and have understand how to perform movements, including the Clean, then you may skip Elements.
